Oredola Adeola |

The national members of the Kannywood entertainment industry have guaranteed at least five million votes for President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2019 presidential election through their fan base.

Boss Mustapha , Secretary to the Government of the Federation made this known while giving a remark at the dinner organised by the Presidency for the entertainers on Thursday evening the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Speaking during the dinner, President Buhari vowed to end the scourge of Boko Haram sect soon. He cautioned that it is totally wrong for any believer in God to kill innocent people either in the Mosque,a Church or the market place.

He said, “ You can’t be shouting Allahu Akbar (Allah is Great), Allahu Akbar, and killing innocent citizens and destroying properties all in the name of God. It is either you don’t know what you are saying or you don’t even believe in the existence of God Almighty.

God has nothing to do with injustice. So, now we are confronting them and by the grace of God we will destroy them.’’

He also promised to continue to hold former President Goodluck Jonathan in high esteem for conceding the 2015 presidential election without any fight.

He said, “I’ll continue to hold former president Jonathan in high esteem as a result of that singular act. He (Jonathan) was in power as Deputy Governor, Governor (Bayelsa), Vice-President and President, all for about 10 years and he voluntarily accepted defeat and surrendered power to me,’’ he said

It took years for the British public to accept Camilla as Charles’ new girlfriend and then wife in 2005, following the death of Diana, Princess of Wales. But over the decades, fans have warmed to the Duchess and credit her with supporting the future king and becoming his rock.     As Charles and Camilla celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary last weekend, let’s take a look at their enduring love story, which started in the seventies…   A chance meeting at a polo match in 1970 marked the beginning of Camilla Shand’s relationship with Prince Charles.
